Web 2.0 War : GOP vs. Obama Administration Web 2.0 War : GOP vs. Obama Administration

Has anyone taken a look at the new GOP Website? It looks shiny and hip but lacks the fundamental infrastructure to truly make it a great, usable site. It’s a good first step, but it’s going to need work to become an A-level site. The site is obviously a riposte to Obama’s success with the Web. It’s tempting to wonder whether all the stake holders involved had a solid understand of Web technologies and psychographics.

Regardless of what side of the political spectrum you’re on, it doesn’t take a party fan-boy to admit that Obama’s Web strategy was innovative and revolutionary.
